Anglicans
Church of England
Anglicans are members of churches in the Anglican Communion—a worldwide family of Christian denominations descended from the Church of England.
The tradition emerged from Henry VIII's break with Rome in the 16th century and positions itself as a middle way between Catholicism and Protestantism, retaining bishops and liturgical worship while rejecting papal authority.
The Anglicans in our neighborhood attend the Episcopal church.
