racist
Hates other ethnicities
Racist describes attitudes, actions, or systems that discriminate based on race or assume racial superiority.
As a noun, a racist is someone who holds such beliefs or engages in such discrimination: He's a racist who thinks his heritage makes him better than others.
The word can describe overt bigotry or subtler patterns: racist hiring practices, a racist joke.
Calling someone racist is a serious accusation, though people disagree sharply about what qualifies.
