Non-racist describes someone or something that is not racist—lacking racial prejudice or discrimination.
The term is sometimes contrasted with "antiracist," which implies active opposition to racism rather than mere absence of it: Being non-racist isn't enough; we need to be antiracist.
Non-racist can describe policies, attitudes, or people.
