bigoted
Closed to difference
Bigoted describes someone who holds rigid, intolerant views toward people of different groups—whether based on race, religion, politics, or other characteristics.
A bigoted person refuses to consider other perspectives and treats their prejudices as self-evident truths: His bigoted remarks about immigrants cost him his job.
The word implies not just holding biased views but being stubbornly attached to them.
