Greek alphabet
Letters from Athens
The Greek alphabet is the writing system used for the Greek language, consisting of 24 letters from alpha to omega.
Its letters appear throughout mathematics, science, and engineering as symbols for variables, constants, and units: pi, sigma, delta, omega.
Fraternities and sororities take Greek letter names.
I can barely remember the Greek alphabet from my college math classes.
