sisterhood
Bond between women
Sisterhood is the bond between sisters, or by extension, the connection among women who share common experiences, goals, or solidarity.
It can describe a formal organization of women, especially a religious community of nuns or a sorority: She joined the sisterhood at nineteen.
More broadly, sisterhood invokes feminist ideals of mutual support: There's a sisterhood among women in male-dominated fields.
