lat pulldown
Cable row alternative
A lat pulldown is a strength training exercise performed on a cable machine, where you pull a weighted bar down toward your chest while seated.
The movement targets the latissimus dorsi—the large muscles of the upper back—along with the biceps and shoulders.
I do lat pulldowns twice a week to build my back.
