dumbbell press
Overhead weight lift
A dumbbell press is a weightlifting exercise where you lie on a bench and push dumbbells upward from chest level until your arms are extended.
The movement primarily targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Unlike a barbell press, using separate dumbbells allows greater range of motion and independent arm movement: I do dumbbell press instead of bench press because of my shoulder injury.
