chin-ups

Overhead bar exercises

Chin-ups are an exercise where you hang from a horizontal bar and pull yourself up until your chin clears it.

The movement works the back and biceps.

Chin-ups use an underhand grip (palms facing you), while pull-ups use an overhand grip, though the terms are often used interchangeably: I can do fifteen chin-ups now.
