working sets
Lift-focused muscle groups
Working sets refers to the portion of data or memory actively being used at a given time.
In computing, a program's working set is the pages currently in memory that it needs to run efficiently—if these get swapped out, performance suffers.
In weightlifting, working sets are the main sets performed at target weight after warm-ups: I do three working sets of five reps on squats.
Both uses share the idea of the active subset you're actually working with, as opposed to everything available.
