concentric

Rings within rings

Concentric describes circles or other shapes that share the same center point, like the rings of a tree trunk or ripples spreading from a stone dropped in water.

The opposite is eccentric—off-center.

The target had five concentric rings.

The term extends to any arrangement radiating outward from a common center: concentric circles of influence.
