barbell row

Bent-over lift

A barbell row is a weightlifting exercise where you bend forward at the hips, grasp a barbell with both hands, and pull it toward your torso, then lower it back down.

The movement primarily targets the back muscles—lats, rhomboids, and traps—while also working the biceps and core.

I added barbell rows to my routine to build a stronger back.
