seated row
Cable back movement
A seated row is a strength training exercise where you pull a weight toward your torso while seated, targeting the back muscles.
Typically performed on a cable machine or with resistance bands, you sit with legs extended or slightly bent, grasp the handle, and pull it toward your midsection while keeping your back straight: I do three sets of seated rows on back day.
