hub
Where routes converge
A hub is the central part of a wheel, where the spokes converge and the axle passes through.
This core meaning extends to any central point of activity or connection: a transportation hub, a tech hub, a hub of commerce.
In networking, a hub is a device connecting multiple computers.
To be the hub of something is to be its focal point: She was the hub of the organization.
