Trojan War
Helen's abduction aftermath
The Trojan War is the legendary ten-year conflict between Greek forces and the city of Troy, central to Greek mythology and Homer's *Iliad*.
The war began when Paris of Troy abducted Helen, wife of the Greek king Menelaus.
It ended when Greeks hidden inside a wooden horse infiltrated and destroyed the city.
The debate has become a Trojan War—endless and exhausting.
