Reagan
Eighties White House surname
Reagan is a surname of Irish origin, most notably associated with Ronald Reagan, the 40th U.S. president (1981–1989).
His presidency defined an era of conservative politics, tax cuts, and Cold War confrontation, making Reagan shorthand for that political philosophy: Reagan Republicans, the Reagan era, Reaganomics.
Reagan is also used as a given name for both sexes.
