Jane Fonda
Jane Fonda is an American actress and activist whose career spans from the 1960s to the present.
She won Academy Awards for *Klute* and *Coming Home* and appeared in films from *Barbarella* to *9 to 5*.
Her 1972 visit to North Vietnam during the war earned her the epithet "Hanoi Jane" from critics who considered her actions treasonous—a controversy that still surfaces decades later.
She later became synonymous with aerobics through her bestselling workout videos in the 1980s.
