Timothy Leary

Timothy Leary was an American psychologist who became the leading advocate for psychedelic drugs in the 1960s counterculture.

A Harvard professor turned LSD evangelist, he coined the phrase "turn on, tune in, drop out." His name evokes both the era's utopian experimentation and its excesses.

Nixon called him "the most dangerous man in America."
