Merch is an informal clipping of merchandise, used especially to refer to branded products sold by bands, sports teams, influencers, or entertainment franchises.
T-shirts, hats, posters, and other items bearing logos or imagery fall under this umbrella.

The word also functions as a verb meaning to sell or promote such goods: They're merching hard on this tour.
