decals
Adhesive decorative pictures
Decals are designs or images printed on special paper that can be transferred to another surface.
They stick to windows, cars, walls, and other smooth surfaces: The laptop was covered in band decals.
Unlike stickers, decals typically transfer only the image itself, leaving no backing material visible.
Short for decalcomania.
