fanmade
Unofficial enthusiast work
Fanmade describes creative works produced by fans rather than official creators or rights holders: fanmade videos, fanmade merchandise, a fanmade sequel to the game.
The term applies to art, fiction, music, costumes, and other productions inspired by existing media franchises.
Fanmade content exists in a gray area of copyright law but thrives in online communities.
