pull-up

Lift your chin

A pull-up is an exercise where you grip an overhead bar and lift your body until your chin clears it: I can do twenty pull-ups now.

The movement tests upper-body strength, particularly the back and arms.

Pull-up also describes diapers or training pants that slip on like underwear rather than fastening with tabs.
