brachialis
Elbow bending muscle
The brachialis is a muscle of the upper arm that lies beneath the biceps.
It connects the humerus to the ulna and is the primary flexor of the elbow—responsible for bending the arm regardless of forearm position.
The brachialis does most of the work when you curl a dumbbell.
