HIIT
Sprint, rest, repeat
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, a workout method alternating short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods.
A typical HIIT session might involve thirty seconds of all-out effort followed by thirty seconds of rest, repeated for fifteen to thirty minutes.
The approach is popular for burning calories efficiently: I don't have time for long runs, so I do HIIT three times a week.
