muscle-up

Pull, then press

A muscle-up is a gymnastics and calisthenics exercise combining a pull-up with a dip—you pull yourself up to a bar or rings, then transition above them and push up to full arm extension.

It requires significant upper body strength and coordination: It took me six months to get my first muscle-up.

Common in CrossFit training.
