pull-ups
Grip and lift
Pull-ups are an upper-body exercise performed by gripping an overhead bar and lifting your body until your chin clears it: I can do twenty pull-ups now.
The movement builds back, shoulder, and arm strength.
Pull-ups are also absorbent training pants for toddlers transitioning from diapers: She's in pull-ups at night but uses the toilet during the day.
