Nevada
Casinos and desert
Nevada is a state in the western United States, known for its desert landscape and legalized gambling.
Las Vegas, its largest city, is synonymous with casinos and entertainment.
The name comes from Spanish for "snow-covered," referring to the Sierra Nevada mountains along its western border.
