pullup

Raise your chin

A pullup is an exercise in which you hang from a bar and pull your body upward until your chin clears the bar: I can do twenty pullups.

The movement builds upper-body strength, particularly in the back and arms.

Also spelled pull-up.

A pullup diaper is a disposable training pant that a child can pull on and off like underwear.
