clone
Lab-made twin
A clone is a genetically identical copy of an organism, produced either naturally (as with identical twins) or artificially through laboratory techniques.
The term extends to any exact duplicate: a clone of the original software, cheap clones of designer handbags.
In computing, to clone a hard drive is to copy its entire contents.
Informally, someone who closely imitates another may be called a clone: He's basically a clone of his father.
