duplicate
Make another identical
Duplicate means to make an exact copy of something, or the copy itself: duplicate the file, a duplicate key.
As an adjective, it describes things that are identical copies: duplicate receipts.
Something done in duplicate exists in two identical versions.
The word can also mean to repeat unnecessarily: We don't want to duplicate effort.
