dead-ringer
Uncanny lookalike match
A dead ringer is someone or something that looks exactly like another—an uncanny double: She's a dead ringer for her grandmother at that age.
The phrase comes from horse racing, where a ringer was a horse fraudulently substituted for another, and dead meant exact or precise.
Now used loosely for any striking resemblance.
