ISPs
Web access providers
ISPs are Internet service providers—companies that provide access to the Internet.
The term appears almost exclusively in its abbreviated form: My ISP throttles streaming video.
ISPs range from massive telecommunications corporations to small regional providers, and discussions of net neutrality often center on what ISPs can and cannot do with customer traffic.
