data centers
Cloud computing facilities
Data centers are facilities that house computer systems, servers, and related equipment for storing, processing, and distributing large amounts of digital information.
These buildings require substantial electrical power and cooling infrastructure to keep equipment running reliably.
Companies operate their own data centers or rent space from providers who maintain the physical infrastructure.
The tech giant announced plans to build a new data center in Arizona.
The growth of cloud computing and streaming services has driven massive expansion in data center construction worldwide.
