Spectrum
Sinclair's home computer
A spectrum is a range of related things arranged by degree or position.
Light passing through a prism spreads into the visible spectrum—the continuous band of colors from red to violet.
By extension, any graduated scale: the political spectrum, the autism spectrum, a broad spectrum of opinions.
The plural is spectra or spectrums.
