tricep dips
Bench bodyweight movement
Tricep dips are a bodyweight exercise targeting the muscles at the back of the upper arm.
You grip parallel bars or the edge of a bench, lower your body by bending the elbows, then push back up: I do tricep dips at the end of my arm workout.
The singular tricep dip refers to one repetition.
