leg swings
Pendulum warmup motion
Leg swings are a dynamic stretching exercise where you swing one leg forward and backward or side to side while standing, typically while holding something for balance.
Athletes and runners use them to warm up hip flexors, hamstrings, and groin muscles before activity: I always do leg swings before a run.
