hip circles
Waist gyration exercise
Hip circles are a warm-up exercise in which you rotate your hips in a circular motion while keeping your upper body relatively still.
Standing with feet shoulder-width apart, you trace large circles with your pelvis, loosening the hip joints and lower back.
Common in dance, yoga, and fitness routines: Start with ten hip circles in each direction.
