Spit roast has two meanings.
The literal sense is meat roasted on a spit—a rod that rotates over heat, cooking evenly on all sides: We spit-roasted a whole pig for the party.
In vulgar slang, a spit roast is a sex act where one person is penetrated from both ends simultaneously by two partners, the position resembling meat on a spit.
