repetition
Same thing twice
Repetition is the act of doing or saying something again.
The word covers both the process and the result: Repetition is key to learning refers to repeated practice, while a repetition of yesterday's mistakes means another instance.
In exercise, a repetition (or rep) is one complete movement in a set: Do three sets of ten repetitions.
Repetition in speech or writing can be intentional for emphasis or accidental through carelessness.
