polysyndeton
Many ands together
Polysyndeton is the deliberate use of more conjunctions than grammar requires, typically repeating "and" or "or" between items in a series: He ran and jumped and shouted and waved.
The technique creates a sense of accumulation or breathless momentum.
It's the opposite of asyndeton, which omits conjunctions entirely.
