fibroma
Harmless tissue lump
A fibroma is a benign tumor composed of fibrous connective tissue.
These growths can develop in various parts of the body—skin, uterus, ovaries, or other organs—and typically cause no symptoms unless they press on surrounding structures.
The dermatologist identified the small bump as a fibroma and recommended monitoring rather than removal.
