correlations
Patterns between variables
Correlations is the plural of correlation—a relationship or connection between two things, especially one where they tend to vary together.
In statistics, correlation measures how closely two variables track each other: The study found strong correlations between income and education level.
Correlation doesn't imply causation; two things can move in tandem without one causing the other.
