video production
Making visual content
Video production is the process of creating video content, from initial concept through filming and editing to final delivery.
The term covers everything from Hollywood films to corporate training videos to YouTube content.
Someone in video production might handle cameras, lighting, sound, editing, or all of these: She works in video production for a local news station.
The phrase often distinguishes behind-the-camera work from on-screen performance.
