fluidity
Ease of movement
Fluidity is the quality of flowing or moving smoothly, like a liquid.
The term applies to physical substances—the fluidity of water versus honey—but extends to anything that shifts easily: fluidity of movement, fluidity of thought, gender fluidity.
The opposite is rigidity.
Where flexibility suggests bending without breaking, fluidity suggests continuous, unimpeded change.
