l-sit
Legs-out static hold
An l-sit is a gymnastics and calisthenics hold where you support your body with straight arms while your legs extend horizontally in front of you, forming an L-shape.
It requires significant core and tricep strength: I've been working on my l-sit for months but can only hold it for a few seconds.
Common on parallel bars, rings, or the floor.
