landholder
Person with acreage
A landholder is someone who owns or occupies land, especially a significant amount of it.
The term appears in legal and historical contexts more than casual speech: The landholders in the valley opposed the new water regulations.
It overlaps with landowner but can include those who hold land through lease or other arrangements rather than outright ownership.
