grower
One who cultivates
A grower is someone or something that grows, or causes growth.
A farmer is a grower of crops; a plant may be a fast grower or slow grower.
In wine, a grower produces grapes and makes wine from their own harvest.
In slang, a grower is a penis that expands significantly when erect, as opposed to a "shower," which appears larger when flaccid but changes less.
