folds
Sheep pens, sometimes
Folds are bends or creases made by doubling material over itself: the folds of a curtain, a letter's folds.
A fold in terrain is a gentle depression or ridge.
To fold is to bend something flat, or to collapse: fold laundry, fold a business, fold in poker.
A fold is also an enclosure for sheep—and figuratively, a community of believers: return to the fold.
