craft
Boat or trade
Craft is skill in making things by hand, or the activity that requires such skill: the craft of woodworking, arts and crafts.
A craft is also a vehicle—especially boats and aircraft, where the word serves as both singular and plural: a small craft, several craft.
The verb means to make skillfully: a carefully crafted argument.
Craft can suggest cunning or guile: statecraft, witchcraft.
A crafty person uses cleverness, often deceptively.
