connections
How things relate
Connections are relationships or links between people, things, or ideas.
A connection may be physical: The plumber checked the pipe connections.
Social connections are people you know who might help you: She got the job through connections.
Mental connections link ideas: I'm not seeing the connection between those two points.
A travel connection is a transfer between routes: We missed our connection in Chicago.
